Dr. Kachare divides his week between Mumbai and Ahilyanagar: Mira Road at the start of the week, Ahilyanagar towards the weekend. The OPD runs Friday to Sunday, though not always on all three days, so please confirm the day on WhatsApp before you travel.

Kachare holds an MBBS and MS Orthopedics from LTMMC & GH (Sion Hospital), Mumbai, with three international fellowships: robotic joint replacement and 3D printing at Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong, and arthroscopy and sports surgery in Hungary.
